What makes a good physio?

The ability to listen and understand what the patient is telling you . Listening is a skill that I think I’ve become better at over the years but it’s still something I try to work on daily. Sometimes the most important patient information is told within the few minutes of a consultation! As a patient if you feel someone is listening and understanding it makes them have more confidence in the treatment.

So let’s all listen more !
