Qualifications
Virginia qualified in 1988 from Leeds Metropolitan University and started working in the NHS for 10 years. She soon found her interests lay in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and mainly worked in out patients and orthopaedics. She became a Senior I physiotherapist managing a busy physiotherapy department at Queen Marys Hospital in London before leaving to work in the private sector.

She moved into private practice in 1998 in London and the Midlands where she gained experience in Pilates, sports injuries and chronic pain. She then spent 2 ski seasons in France working in a French physiotherapy clinic and for herself mainly treating holiday skiers and ski instructors.
She became a physiotherapist in 1991 to London Welsh RFC finishing in 1999.

Virginia moved to Cardiff on 2003. There she worked in a practice at Glamorgan CCC with the 1st and 2nd teams. She has also worked in several other practices in the Cardiff area.

As a result of her diverse experience in the different sports fields , she is now an expert in sports injuries and musculoskeletal pain. Her treatments include manual therapy, soft tissue massage, sports taping and rehabilitation exercise therapy.
