Stay at home.
Even though we are at home we can still keep exercising and stay fit. Joe Wickes is doing a daily workout for children and those who are slightly older! Also there are plenty of other things you can do, running up the stairs, shuttles in the garden, running on the spot and a range of sit ups, squats and lunges!
So todays message is stay active and use your daily allowance to get out and walk, run or cycle.
