WE ARE OPEN FOR FACE TO FACE PHYSIOTHERAPY
At Virginia Williams Physiotherapy the health, wellbeing and safety of our patients and staff is our absolute priority during this unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic.
In adherence with The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and government guidelines, we have now re-opened our clinic to recommence face to face consultations.
On arrival in clinic you will be provided with a face mask and hand sanitiser before you walk through our door. We have an entirely self contained clinic and so there is zero patient cross over and the whole clinic is cleaned between patients - ensuring the safety of all of us. Your clinician will be in full PPE throughout the appointment.
It is our priority to ensure the safety of our patients, therefore before arranging a face to face consultation we must first conduct an online free *telephone* diagnostic consultation.
As part of this FREE Telephone Consultation we will conduct a COVID-19 screening process and follow the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy protocol to ensure a Face to Face appointment is safe and appropriate. If it is not deemed safe and appropriate we can continue to offer an Online video consultation.

"I highly recommend Virginia, I was in desperate pain with a shoulder problem and nerve inpingement. Whilst no medication eased my pain, after only a few physio sessions, the pain was under control and I was on a pathway to recovery.
Virginia is very experienced and professional and all aspects of the service were excellent, from listening carefully and talking through symptoms, to treatments and exercise. A first class Healthcare Professional."
